Vanilla Bean Chiffon Cake

Chiffon cake...plus real Vanilla Beans....light and fluffy...recipe adapted from here .....

the key for success of this cake is beating the egg white to the right stage...like this:
then gently fold the egg whites into the egg+flour mixture.
